Printing and scanning services are available to all faculty and staff throughout the college.  Actual practices vary from department to department.  

The general printer default is to use a centrally located heavy duty-cycle printer.  This style of printing is much more cost efficient when it comes to the cost per page the department will be paying for this service.

The general scanning default is to scan to your email address.  Documents can then be moved to an appropriate storage location.  Business groups with significant amounts of scanning may opt to scan to a storage disk.  However, these scans should also be moved immediately to the appropriate storage location.
